Training and Professional Development

Varia employees are given state-of-the-art training at the facility we own and operate on our premises. Our employees have access to all of the systems that we install and service, including copper and fiber cabling systems, card access control systems, CCTV systems and much more. All of Varia's technicians are cross-trained in the systems that we support, to improve our level of service and to enhance our employees' professional development.
