September, 2010

Varia Systems Corporate Headquarter Office moved to a new location. Please visit us at our new address 3710 Commerce Drive Suite 1001 Baltimore, Maryland 21227.

Varia is awarded the low voltage and integrated security systems contract for CCBC new Liberty Center in Randallstown, Maryland. Varia will install a full CommScope Uniprise voice/data cabling infrastructure as well as a Card Access Control System Manufactured by S2 Security for the new 29,000 square foot complex.

August, 2010

Varia is pleased to receive the contract for the installation/certification of voice and data cabling infrastructure at the Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union in Washington, DC.

Varia Systems has been awarded the Structured Cabling System installation project at new Corporate Headquarters of Banner Life in Frederick, Maryland. The 200,000 square foot project is a Commscope Systimax certified project with over 2000 Category 6 cables.

June, 2010

Varia is awarded the integrated security systems contract for Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business in Baltimore, MD. Systems include Milestone IP CCTV, S2 Card Access, and Intrusion Detection.

May, 2010

Varia Systems has been awarded the Cabling Systems and CCTV Systems for the McCormick and Co., Data Center Renovation project at McCormick's Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The project included installation of new Commscope Systimax fiber and copper cabling as well as new Chatsworth Server Cabinets.

April, 2010

Varia Systems is awarded the low voltage systems contract for the new 19 story Four Seasons hotel in Baltimore, MD. Systems include Systimax certified voice/data/video infrastructure, Vicon CCTV, S2 Card Access, Intercom and Distributed Antenna Systems.

Varia Systems is awarded the low voltage systems contract for Kaiser Permanente's new Signature Capitol Hill Medical Office Building in Washington, DC. Varia will install a Systimax certified voice/data/video infrastructure for the new 180,000 sq ft medical facility.

March, 2010

Varia Systems has been awarded the contract to install a complete structured cabling system at the new Washington DC Headquarters of the American Chemistry Council. Systems include AMP certified voice/data/video infrastructure for the new 100,000 sq ft office building.

Varia applauds installation manager, David Reyes for excellence as he received his BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer Certification.

Work will begin on the Eastern Shore as Varia is awarded the low voltage systems contract for Salisbury Universities new residence hall and retail complex Sea Gull Square. The 230,000 square foot, five-story building will be the first residence hall to be built on the main campus in two decades.

February, 2010

Varia is pleased to announce their participation in the renovation project scheduled at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. Varia will install a cabling infrastructure in the three story Manokin Hall Residence Building. Initially built in 1964 this traditional dormitory is home to more than 80 students.
